Template shows 82mm hole. Hole saws sizes 76 or 86 mm. Should I use the 76 and file out or straight in with the 86..... My thinking is the 86 saves the filling and only 2 mm either side extra..
What size hale saws have you used????
Thanks
Mark

I filed out, but if i was to do it again i'd go bigger. I don't remember what hole size I used, just make sure the snorkel outer will cover a 86mm hole.
I scratched mine to pieces when getting mine through a filed hole, the bodywork flexes when filing, its a nightmare!

It's 81mm and I bought the right size off eBay. All went perfectly well.
