Car is now at the garage they are goin to look at it tomorrow. Was no juddering yesterday before the clutch went so hoping its something to do with that.

Cant see that to be honest if its in 2wd and on a dolly whats the diffrence bettween that and being towed on a rope ????

surely can't be a clutch on a 51'plate .... unless you are a bad 'left foot pedal' driver - sounds to me like a UJ gone - £20 repair!!

Sorry I didn't make myself clear, the clutch went on Saturday and I got towed last night, all four wheels were on the ground but the engine was running. When we reached about 45mph (on tow) the shaking begun. Hope I haven't damaged anything. Thanks Alex
