opinion welcome
spoke to seller at donnington today and he said we buy these winches and just put our sticker on it :L

The thing is, with these cheap winches. They'll probably pull okay. But they are painfully slow. And you really don't know what's inside of them. So it's hard to get any kind of support of anything goes wrong.
If you save a bit more up, and buy a Goodwinch TDS you'll know you can always give David Bowyer a call if anything goes wrong or you just need some good advice.
Off course Goodwinch isn't the only good realiable winch out there with a resoanable pricetag

that is true i suppose. cant really justify spending £400 on a tds as im wanting lockers too. looking more and more like a superwinch...

A superwinch isn't any cheaper if you want same quality as the TDS. The Superwinch Talon are actually a bit more expensive i believe.
Are you talking ARB lockers?

This just makes no sense to me. You don't want to spend £100 extra on a decent winch. But no problem spending £1600 or more on ARB lockers and compressor.
Sorry, and I know this is not my money, and not my business. But this makes no sense at all. If this should make any sense at all. You'd start with getting a good winch. Then a rear locker and then a front locker.
