I haven't done one personally, but from others have told me there not to bad to do.

But a suspension lift is easier.

The nice thing about a body lift is that it doesn't affect the handling and you can add a spring lift later for maximum height.

Can you do both spring and body lift without to much messing about with longer brake lines and so on?

it a bit of cake to do body lift unbolt body theres 8 bolts that hold body to chassis then undo steering uj under bonnet you will need a spacer making for it after you have done body lift check wires n pipes are not pulling tight when jacking up body undo brake pipis from bracket which goes to the chassis at rear thats it o yer you need to extend 4x4 lever as you want get it into 4l only took me bout two hours with tea brakes to i done a 2" body lift with a 3.5"springs n shocks hope this has helped
