Its a 32 bore 10mm stroke compact cylinder will give you a holding force 126lbs at 100 psi
There is a 16mm Ali adaptor plate that sits bettween the cylinder and the actuator housing made by me.
The actuator rod has been cut dilled and tapped and connected directly to the front of the pison rod with a piece of M6 threaded EN24T steel rod.
Whole assembly has then been sealed together with automotive silicon to stop the ingress of water

Hope this helps

Check out the pressure the G wagon sysytem it uses hydraulic pressure generated by vacum over oil unless you can pump air into the cylinder at over 250psi you will not have the correct pressure keeping the difflock dogs engaged hence why i have gone up to a 32 bore cylinder its not just a mater of blowing air in where oil was there is a certain amount of maths involved :woohoo:

The system works with air from an arb compressor just like being an arb locker in the rear axle.

The diff works fine, tested in trophy races, the locker doesn't disengage by its own.

This setup is tested from 7 people until now with no problems.

Sometimes the easiest is the best.
