I wash my rag-top with warm soapy water and when dry I spray ArmorAll onto the vinyl and rub it in. Makes the hoods nice and shiny and aids in waterproofing. Had my car for 12 years and it is still in top condition, still waterproof and dustproof.

I was just trying to open the roof. Failed miserably. Can't get the clips to open. Now to the manual to see where I am going wrong.

Will have a look at the suggested roof replacement.

Pic attached if it works.

Cheers,

Peter

What clips are you on about is it the 2 on the inside of the roof or all the poppers on the out side

Hi Andy, there is a manufacturer who makes the FastBack type roofs in the UK. Monsoon and this one Click Here

I had a local boatfitter make mine, only took half a day and $500 to make. He fitted a sail slide at the top so you just slide the roof on and then secure on the other 3 sides with press-studs. Air and rain tight.
