Just done a sample of wet and dry dusted with a random metallic black. Still wet but looks promising.

Today I tried to jump start the Jimny with a spare battery I have but both were dead( main battery on car after leaving lights on all day yesterday) brought em both to work to charge up and I think the Jimny one is goosed...oh the joys I’ll throw the other one on it instead as it’s bigger in every way

Today I tried the Foxwell Scanner I had for troubleshooting on my unreliable TDI Polo (now swapped for Jimny), it worked and allows me to scan live engine data. So result, but so far I have had no need to plug it in the Jimny for an actual fault .
I then closed the rear door on my thumb, just watching the nail go black
Not a result :pinch:
