Love the red Gus. B) Is there a full pic somewhere?
I did something like that with two Ford Anglia engines back in the 60's. Back then you could get away with that. :( It ran for years, I did some 90 odd thousand miles in it.

Thanks John...there's a full pic on last weeks 'grabbers' thread... ;)

What a difference between Japanese built and Spanish built :woohoo:

When I fitted it to the blue Mode, it fitted like a glove, but fitting it to the softie was a different kettle of fish altogether

Things just didn't line up like they should, spent ages drilling little bits out here and there to make it align properly.

Anyway...it's on, and I'm well pleased ;)

What brand of tow bar is that? Im after one that doesn't destroy the rear departure angle and that looks like it might fit the bill!

It's a TOW-TRUST bar, same one as in the 'how to' guide, solid piece of kit, fits well.......recommended !!!

Gus

Yes, that's the one, John...ace piece of kit, courtesy of Idiotmobil who makes them.

I modified it a tad so as to retain normal use of my back door, and mounted all the hold-downs on the inside to make it a bit more secure

Everyone seems to like it, and I certainly have no complaints ;)

Gus :)
