Fitted the new dipstick that Mooser sourced for me (once again cheers mate) after a struggle to get the broken one out.

Discovered that my reversing lights are not working - bulbs and fuse ok, so guess this afternoon will be attempting to find the reverse switch under the gear stick housing and testing that ... fingers crossed it is easy to find.
