Total off road is back! was created by bluejimny
press release
Ownership of Total 4x4 and Total Off-Road has passed to Assignment Media Ltd with immediate effect. Assignment Media is led by Alan Kidd known to many of you as Editor of the magazine since its launch in 2002. As a single-title publisher with a personal interest in off-roading and 4x4s, Assignment Media will be able to devote more dedicated time to improving the magazine and therefore reaching the largest possible audience. It is often the case that a small company can outperform a larger one on an individual title because of level of market knowledge, commitment and passion and I am confident that the magazine is in very good hands.
The new publishers have already made the decision to change the title of the magazine back to the stronger well-known brand of Total Off-Road from the February issue.
Many thanks for your support over the years – I am very confident that the future of the magazine is in the best possible hands.
Assignment Media will shortly be making contact personally to inform you of their exciting plans for Total Off-Road's future.

I hadn't heard anything about this so obviously my ear isn't close enough to the ground! Anyway I wish Alan good luck and will continue to read a magazine which I have enjoyed since its inception.

I hope our subscriptions to the mag are going to be protected and honoured.
