This is the way they do it in Oz, much easier than converting the rear into a ute...
Or, the easiest alternative, my car...
I used to have a neat liner that the vinyl fitted over and went up about a foot, with a drain pipe running out the rear but... my dog (Rottweiler) ate it :S
