On the road they are a little bit noise but not as bad as some other M/T, as for in the rain they are OK for a off-road tyre.

I have had Maxxis Buckshot Mudders on both of my Jimnys and they are superb, great grip in the mud and reasonably quiet on the road too. I run 235/75's on mine but I have a 2" bodylift and 2" suspension lift but still needed to trim the arches.

If it wasn't for the arches needing to be trimmed the buckshot would be the other tyre top of my list.
