I don't think it was stuck as a Jimny would never pull it out. I suspect it was broken down so its a rolling pull

Where is the photo taken? Looks like Slab Common?
I recovered a Discovery from a muddy hole at Slindon - as much to my surprise as his! Though My Jimny is not exactly 'standard'. 80 series axles & difflocks with big tyres win over a 2.5 Ton doorstop even with a 1.3 engine! (another win for Blue
