Yes, this is what happened for Tong last time around, I got everyone to commit via paypal in advance. I am just aware that in the current economic situation it has to be as cheap as possible.

How about Holymoorside at Chesterfield, just had a camping/laning/playing weekend there with Northern Monkeys Offroad and it was £25 for camping and the offroad site for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Also I can do a laning trip on the Saturday for those that want it, only downside is that there are no facilities (toilets etc).

I wouldnt mind paying in advance. I would make sure i could get to this one. It was only because of an un-forseen car bill that put me out of the last one :( . Either way you can defo count me in. I think if people have paid up front you may get a better turn out. As has been said a vote would be good.

what about kirton?

i think wagtail suffered a bit as the site wasnt very big, and everyone has disapeared by 3.30pm.

What about Biggin Quarry in Derbyshire, as ive been to the site last year and also im going again this year with another club, dont know the exact costs, but i believe its only £200 for the whole day and would be big enough for at least 25 to 30 jimnys??
