Hi peeps long shot but stranger things happen 
have bought my Mother a Samsung S4 mini but can't get data transfer between Pc(win7) or laptop(vista) and phone .... plug in and nothing happens
anyone aware of any issues as she (mother) is doing my head in (and she's 50 miles away :pinch: )
I've an S3 mini and never had any issues on XP or vista

sounds like I'll be taking s trip to sort it then :blink:
or I could give you me mums number to talk her through it :S
but it'll probably be easier teaching her to diffuse an nuclear trigger
