I got a cheap hot water bottle off eBay. I went to Halfords and got a scrap inner tube. I drilled out the HWB screw cap, slipped the valve through and cut the rubber off to suit. Ended up with this; question is will is pop a dent?

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configuration
LOL
I am going to wrap the bottle up well to protect it and spread the pressure. Here is the commercial equivalent.

ha ha I just bought one of those £7.49 kits
haven't tried it yet . The glue remover was dried up so I had to buy some equivalent.
I bought a bottle of £2.49 acetone nail polish remover from super drug.. hopefully should work.
I bought a car a few years ago that I got cheap with a couple of large smooth dents in , I pulled them out with a floor
lifter.
I am dying to have a go , will report back..

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationWell that failed. The glue hadn't the strength. Sod all use.
So next up was this.
I started using it and the weight literally took the handle right off the end cos the nut didn't have the gumption to hold on. At the other end the screw that goes into the body pulled out straight out so I used the 'L' attachment. By now I have three holes in a small dent the size of the top of a can of beans. Also the 'L' attachment is pulling off too!!
So I complained to the seller that the threadwork on the rod was naff and heard nowt. Next, and this is the reason for the delay, I put in a claim with Paypal who eventually refunded me at the end of the allotted time. As I was allowed to keep the toy, I decided to make some modifications.
First I welded a thick washer to the nut so the weight had something to hit. Then I welded the nut to the rod so it would stay put. Then the handle went back on.
At the other end I ground off what was a silly end piece on the rod which was preventing the 'L' tool from threading enough.
Oh yes, lest I forget.................the dent. Well I had pulled out 80% of it by hook or by crook with the slide hammer but now had three holes so it was out with the filler to complete the job.
