Just hijacking the thread, I have fixed SJ front axle and hubs. After speaking to Rob at ORA about my clicking/rattling front prop/UJ which incidently doesn't seem to affect me offroad. He recommended I fit manual hubs to stop the front prop turning in 2wd and reducing the wear on the hard steel chromo 4340 front cv's.

As I have fixed SJ units now, is it just a case of buying and fitting a set of manual locking hubs or do I need to consider anything else?
