pulled the bumper off today removed the linings and bent the brackets back out, refitted bumper minus linings as intend to remove and chop later, and doesn't catch anymore :woohoo:

I don't have one sorry. Perhaps ebay? I chopped the very front section off my liners and fitted the rest back in
