Sort of... if you look at his listings, he lists a number of different size hoops, and gives a maximum size, so it's just a matter of picking the one closest to what you want and then giving him the custom dimensions you want, so the distance across the legs of the hoop, the height of the hoop and the material you want it bent out of (he lists 4 different sizes of CDS tube for instance)... that's how I specified the two top hoops to well together into the "halo hoop" around the roofline, and used a sleeve in the joints...
And then he lists different angles of bends, so again I pick the closest to what I want and again specify the material, the angle of the bend, and the length beyond the bends either way..
Here's a basic hoop for example, then see his other items...
Hope that helps...

Paid, and will probably be with me towards the end of next week based on past experience...

And then the pandemic hit...so I couldn’t have used my vehicles anyway, we’re all confined to our homes... I’m still working long hours serving the public in our convenience store and Post Office as we’re deemed a necessity, it’s a stressful time trying to get stock on the shelves, and keeping customers at a safe distance from each other and myself and the rest of the team...
And so my Wednesdays and Sunday’s are spent in self confinement in the garage working on the buggy, Spotify playing 80’s rock music, all of which distresses me and gives me something productive to do whilst we’re in lockdown...
And, when I’m in the shop I’m constantly thinking about the buggy; what I’m doing next, etc... which takes my mind off everything, and keeps me going... and sane!
And then, by the time everything settles down and when we return to (the new?) “normal”, the buggy should hopefully be ready and I’ll be all set to re)oin the group and get out and enjoy some scenic greenlaning in our beautiful countryside...
I just thought the timing of it all was weird...?

A piece of 5mm steel bar with two dis-similar size holes hole-sawed through it, and then seamless tube poked through and welded from behind...
But... WTF is it?
Off back to work, I'll let you ponder that one..
