Hey there,

I've been home with my car for a few days now, & have fitted up all the accessories I bought prior to delivery.
After consideration, I have ordered a couple of extra things that I think will be useful.
1. One of the shorter rear vision mirror mounts
2. Hella dual tone scroll horns

For anyone thinking of fitting a light bar…mine now has a Stedi ST3301 Pro 24.5” on it. Because of where I wanted to locate it, the bar & grille needed to be removed (not hard-see YouTube if you need guidance).
Stedi have absolutely everything you need to make it easy…all Plug & Play. They even have an oem style switch that fits into the blank panel in your dash.
Very happy 😃 Results in the photos…(you should be able to work out which are the Low Beam/High Beam/Light Bar pics)

As for tyres, I decided on the Hankook Dynapro AT2 Extreme, in 215/75. Reasons were following lots of research, these came out on top for:-
1. Wet grip (imo very important for a vehicle that's already somewhat blacktop challenged)
2. Dry Grip
3. Road noise (although I'm lead to believe that their quietness is probably due to softer treads compound, which will no doubt cause them to wear faster - oh well, you can't have everything 🤷‍♂️).

Gave it a really good (read hard) run yesterday for @200kms, so I could get a good feel for it. Tbh I drove it harder than I will normally, but best to find out its limits early on methinks.
The car went really well, and I now understand how much it likes to be revved. I took it up the range, and keeping it between 3500-5500rpm had it climbing like a little mountain goat. Then I punted it along the M1 at 120kmh and it was surprisingly stable - I even managed to overtake quite a few vehicles 😀 And winding it back down the range quite quickly, the tyres hung on really well. I did discover the dreaded Auto Lock on bumpy corners, but once the initial surprise wore off I found it to be manageable. Driving it a bit more reasonably would easily have reduced the occurrences I'm sure.

Photos attached...enjoy 🤙🏻
BTW although my daughter is in the delivery photos, I would like to state the car is NOT hers (no matter what she tells you 😭)
