yes it does its nice and solid
it has some rubber pads between the bracket and roof, its for a land rover but looks better on a jimny

The plastic covers that protect the arches and sills worry me a little as you never know how much crud is sitting behind them causing rust.
Today I had the sill covers off in order to clean and prep the sills for undersealing, I was careful and the clips remained intact. Thankfully there wasn't any hidden surprises and I sprayed some oil into the sills via the holes for the clips.
