Fitted an electric fan on Friday night ready for a weekends off roading

The reasons?

Being able to switch it off during deep wading so that engine power is not lost and belts arnt under strain

The fan i got my hands on generates alot more air flow so it cools faster

Allows for easier belt replacement

Apparently it increases fuel economy as there is less strain on the engine while increasing BHP?

Also the engine warms up quicker as the fan is not running consistently so it means a warmer jimny in the winter!

Anyway here is a picture of it installed i had to put in of the front as there wasnt any space for it to occupy the same space as the old viscus did, but that also means i can easily replace the viscus if the electric fan gives up
