I think I want to buy the Grabber AT2 205/70/15. They look a bit cooler! But are they better for offroading and not to big that I have to trim my front bumper?

I think you will be ok with the Grabber AT2 205/70/15,as the tyre size is the same size as they fitted on the jimny from new.
Most people think the Grabber AT2 is one of the best A/T tyres for off roading and to use every day.
No l don't think you will need to trim your bumper.
