Nice one Nobby

when I grow up I want to be just like you

that's deceptive - looks more than 3 inches
you'll have to let me know how it feels on the road when the mods are finnished
what's next, a 3 inch body lift like renard38's ;)

Nobby, all i can say is i want mine to look like that.
Funds at the moment will only allow new steels and tyres and I can't afford top tyres so it's remoulds for me.

keep the pic's comming.

Hi Guys

Thanks for all your nice comments as well as the pictures from Halford and dirtydogz. Thats just what i needed. ;) Iam dead chuffed with it. I am going to get some nice pics of it this weekend so stay tuned. ;)

Adamski. The shocks are pro comp es1000's with green boots. :) and no i didnt fit the spoiler it was already on. They do look good though.

Halford. Nice Jimny! What tyres are they? As for driving, at the moment it likes to wander all over the road! However with in a few days you get used to it and its not to bad, you just have to keep making small corrections. Thats driving it with out CC bushes and steering damper. These should realy help. Let you know when its all on ;).

Big Bill. My tyres are Insa Turbo Sahara remoulds. They are top quality. You wouldnt know if it didnt have remould written on the side!. Got mine from www.4x4tyres.co.uk . Cheap and fast delivery. Note its co.uk and not .com. The .com one is a different website.

Goat. You could indeed. Makes working under it nice, lots of light.

Renard38. Thanks mate. I must say yours is a true inspiration. Love all of your video's. ;)

ShuDuck. Thanks as well mate.

Well thats it for now. Stay posted for some more detailed pics.
Thanks again guys. ;)

yes it's a pain - I don't bother with them anymore, simply left click over the image and open image in new tab. (google Chrome)

Look forward to your comments wrt the ride and feel once the final mods are made - I keep thinking about a lift, but aside from lack of funds at the moment, I don't really want to sacrifice any road manners as it's my daily drive.

...... and loads of pics of course ;)
