i take it this will sort out the axles moving over to the right, has anyone brought one or do i not need one?

it does re center it but only so much depends on how much lift you have.

You simply need a bracket that moves the panhard rod up as far as you moved the axle down, so if you dropped the axle 3" there needs to be 3" centres on the bracket holes.
It would be easier to just lengthen the panhard rod though.
If it were me I would just saw through the rod, bounce the suspension and then measure between the saw cuts to give the required filler length, turn a spigot and weld it in.
(yes you can weld a panhard rod for MOT, if you make a good job of it)
