I have a Jimny R7ME 5speed box that I need to inspect and possibly rebuild. It came out a 70k miles car, allegedly all fine and dandy. I want to inspect it internally with a view to replacing bearings etc.
where can I get a service manual for this box. Does anyone have one they can email?
many thanks
David

It is covered in the workshop manual.
The Suzuki part number is 99500-81 A02-01E, it is copyright to Suzuki and we can't distribute it or link to it.
Try a yandex search for Suzuki 99500-81 A02-01E download

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

Having rebuilt a few gearboxes, I wouldn’t bother with it on this model unless the oil is sparkly from metal shavings or the bearings make alot of noise.
I Wouldn’t even inspect the insides at this milage unless the above symptoms.
