Can this rust be fixed? Are there sections available to weld in?

Good evening,
my quest for a cheap Jimny has brought me to a local car that might fit the bill, but it has rust at the near and offside rear body mounts, and the middle body mount..
I'll attach some pics, I'm wondering how big a job it might be to get them welded or if can I replace that whole section.
