Colombia: 2017 Jimny JB43, M13A 163,000 km, 235/75 R15 BF Goodrich A/T, +4 cm XT Automotive suspension lift, TTS rear air diff locker, Easy Traction manual low traction kit, AISIN free wheel manual hubs, custom front and rear bumpers, custom roofrack

How can I fix it? Around here is difficult to find a replacement rod, should I keep it like that or try to fix it...?

You could take it off and try to beat it back straight, that's one option, or if you have access to a welder and tube you could make a replacement - there's nothing special about it, just a length of tube with an eye and a bushing at each end, just duplicate the dimensions, you could make it longer of even adjustable if the Jimny is lifted.
What I'd like to know is HOW it got bent.

I really don't know how it got bent! Probably lot of offroading, and I don't know at which point it got this shape.

The Jimny is slightly lifted +4 cm, the panhard rod should be the most parallel to the chassis right? so I guess it should be made a little bit shorter?

Ideally the panhard rod will be parallel to the surface the Jimny is sitting on, which in most cases will not be the same as parallel to the chassis because most Jimnys sit lower on the right side.
That said, the purpose of the panhard rod is to locate the axle "centrally" under the vehicle, the angle of the panhard rod is dictated by the suspension, from the factory the panhard rod will be almost parallel to the ground, but if the vehicle is lifted, it will sit at an angle and when that happens the axle will be offset to one side, rather than centralized. Some lift kit vendors correct this offset by providing a longer, adjustable panhard rod, but this generally causes the chassis to move side-to-side over the axle as the axle moves up/down.
The correct way to solve the problem is to move one end of the panhard rod (either one can be moved) up, if you're moving the axle end, or down, if you're moving the chassis end, to return the rod to the original position.

Unfortunately that's not quite how it works. The Jimny is slightly lifted +4 cm, the panhard rod should be the most parallel to the chassis right? so I guess it should be made a little bit shorter
