Correct pressure is everything in a fuel injected system, so the best way to check its performance is to fit a pressure gauge and check its within spec. Its possible to have a faulty pressure regulator as well. Not much money from Amazon for a test kit.
Plenty of symptoms, common are:
Whining Noise From the Fuel Tank
Jerks or Sputters at High Speeds
Losing Power While Driving Uphill
Lose Power When Accelerating
Engine Surges
Engine Won’t Start
