I found the information but it appears to be a voltage that can be seen via the scan tool, not measured with a multimeter, so no terminal reference is given. But here it is anyway:-
Ignition on, engine stopped
- Throttle closed 0.2v Max.
- Throttle Fully open less than 4.8v
So not sure if this applies to you vehicle or is any help, but it's a voltage figure.
