i fitted new cabin buttons and now pressing 4wd it seems to go into 4wd but the green light flashes and will not go back into 2wd by pressing the 2wd button.
after a few days it goes static green and then pressing the 2wd yippie its disengaged. do i need to replace the switches godfather68 talks of iin his similar v interseting thread? or is it a solenoid thats stuck and needs hammmering??
i need 4wd at work most days , any ideas guys would be much app. cheers Liam.

Your comment on my thread that you have manual locking hubs seems relevant? I am no expert but from what people have been pointing me at, I would have thought when yours was changed to manual hubs, your vacuum system should have been tricked by the grey switch being shorted out as the flashing green light (as I understand it) means the 4wd controller does not think a vacuum has been created to engage the hubs, but in your case the vac is not locking the hubs, you are manually?
