Bearings in the R72 gearbox was created by Dave Biezen
Hello,
Another R72 gearbox question,
I want to know if all bearings in this gearbox have a C3 clearance.
There are 3 bearings that clearly state C3.
However the original sealed input shaft bearing has an unusual coding that doesn’t say anything about clearance.
And so does the rear countershaft bearing (Nachi 6304X)
If I want to replace those, what clearance should I use?
I hope some of you already done this and know from experience...
Thanks,
Cheers
