I have driven SJ with 31x10.5x15 for years and used from 1.3 to 1.4 bar approx 20psi on road.
I have felt a slight humping after the car has been sitting for a while though, feels like the the wheels get a flat spot.
Might consider airing up a bit if the car is out of use for a while.
But offroad I most of the time air down to 0.4-0.5 bar wich is 5-8psi on both 235 on the Jimny and 31" on my SJ.
no problems with that except scratching the wheels.
Finally got round to checking them today and they were around 15psi - no wonder the vehicle felt a little odd on the motorway the other night! Upping them to 20psi now and will see how that goes.
Really glad I bought a good quality foot pump (German make, can't remember which one now) as the nearest petrol station is 3.5 miles away and not even sure they have an tyre pressure machine.
