Suzuki Jimny 1.5 DDiS - body vibration and problem with first gear was created by pkuna
Hello!
My name is Pawel.
I'm from Poland.
This ist my first post.
Sorry for my English.
I bought Suzuki Jimny 1.5 DDiS from 2007.
I have the following problems with him:
1. When I drive for example on fourth gear and I'll slow down a little, then accelerate again - the body of my car vibrates for a moment until engine speed rises.
2. I can not turn on the first gear if the car moves, even at low speed. There must be total stop - then I can turn it on.
Could You help me please?
Thank you.
All the best.

Hi and welcome
where's the vibration front, middle or rear or just all over ?
We do not have the 1.5 DDIS over here UK
You could try looking at the rear engine mount
it is located on the gear box almost directly in line with gear stick shift
well that is where the petrol version is located

It is difficult for me to locate it exactly.
Rather just all over.
I will try to replace this mount.
Thanks!
