Dinitrol 447 Grey Stonechip Scultz Cans was created by auchenblae
We bought a new Jimny in November 2016 and I have been threatening to underseal it for months.
Talked to Dinitrol and they advised as the car originally has stonechip underneath use stonechip.
As the car is white and the standard stonechip is greyish then the advised their 447 Grey Stonechip and there are lots of areas underneath where Suzuki have not stone chipped the car.
I have an insulated garage, a 200 litre, 3HP, 10bar compressor and I had 4 kW of heating going during the job temperature in the garage 15C.
Prior to this I have used both Dinitrol Underbody Wax, Cavity Wax and Stonechip from aerosols with great results.
Excellent control of spray and smooth finish of the product and two years later the covering is standing up well.
Very little masking needed
I wanted to do things like the big boys so I ordered the stonechip for the Jimny in Shultz cans 1ltr capacity at a similar price to the aerosol but 1 litre rather than 500 ml so a better deal.
Well after spending 10 hours cleaning, a few hours masking plus the cost of the masking materials all was ready.
I also bought a Dinitrol Schulz gun just in case they are better than the normal ebay guns.
To cut a long story short even putting the cans in front of a fan heater to get them over 25C the Schultz gun clogged up. In the end I had to unscrew the nozzle of the gun which gave a poor control of the product spread to get the job done and in the end gave up and painted the 3rd can on to the underside.
Just to check I had an aerosol of underbody wax handy and it went on a treat.
Has anyone had a similar problem with stonechip?
Rejel, the Dinitrol distributor, suggested a gas stove in the garage to heat a large pan of water and keep the Schultz cans in there just prior to use but there is nothing in their application notes to advise that. The cans were warm to the touch when used.

Not that product but I always leave my waxoyle in front of the exhaust of the generator even on a warm summer day.

Only used the aerosols but the stone chip isn't too bad. The underbody wax clogs constantly though.

I have used the Dinitrol aerosols in both stonechip, underbody wax, clear enginebay wax and cavity wax and never had a cloging problem.
My thoughts are just to go back to aerosols but as you say you have had problems with those.

When doing jobs like this I nearly always have to thin the material.
