Balancing beads. That's all I have to say.

This is odd as I have my wheels hubcentrically balanced and have no issues with wobble. Ok I have a damper but the last kingpin I replaced I could still feel it wobble even though there was no movement in the hub just a little bit of excess oil on the swivel. I do have alloys though that will take the cone on a balance machine?

You can just remove the damper for a test drive and see if Death Wobble appears. If it does it means you hide the symptoms with the damper, but the problem remains unsolved. Then I'd consider a proper balancing - otherwise it might be just an unnecessary expense.

The ONLY reason I have the damper is because I like how it makes the car feel heavier on the road, which having come from a defender as my last car is what I am used to, without is the car feels light and a bit too twitchy especially in high winds. I definitely don't have any speed related wobble with or without the damper.

Then you don't have to bother with wheel balancing as much as I had to... Now, that I have it solved a steering damper is next on my list got one already - need to manufacture the brackets now... or find some cheap car part that would do the job

I've not seen Jimny alloys, but usually, alloys are located central by a ring on the hub engaging in the machined central bore, the nuts/bolts just keep them on, so they are balanced with a cone. The later Jimnys I think have this ring as the hole in the early brake discs is smaller than the later ones.
The steel wheels are located by the nuts and should be balanced attached to the flange on the machine (which lives in the "Box of Other Bits" and is a 5 minute job to swap onto the machine)
If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there
