If you have access to left-handed drill bits then I would suggest using them - the bolt may wind itself out as you drill. A good soaking with plus-gas or similar for a few days will also help.

Hi Fellas
So the araldite didn't hold the bolt onto the block very well, so after running it without anything holding the sensor, as it's a very positive fit anyway, I decided to put a little araldite in the bolt hole to bond it the broken bolt.
I know that might seem a bit permanent but I'm sure if I need to change it again this stuff will free up with a tap, otherwise it is machinable. The Jimny runs fine again now though so hopefully that's one issue behind us.
