When am in 1st or 2nd gear there's something not right sounds like something is wobbling round and hitting something? But it's only in 1-2 gears rest are fine?

Check the rear engine mount. It's at the back of the gearbox. If you lay under the car and can lift the back end of the gearbox the mount has failed.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Mine made a sort of graunchy howl when accelerating hard in 1st, that I thought was a bearing failing in the gearbox as I could feel a slight vibration through the gearlever.
It was the crankshaft pulley outer separating from the inner, and wobbling about.
Never did it at 70 plus in top gear though, when the engine was at the same sort of speed...
