Winchmax and dual battery query

Hi, I have a Winchmax winch and finally fitting it, but need some advice please on the dual battery setup. I've read that it should be a 600 CCA battery or higher (says in the manual and on a few forums). So I bought a Duracell DA80 600 CCA battery - but it's too big to fit into the standard battery holder that Suzuki provide, stupid me for not double checking the measurements...

So I've considered fitting it in on the opposing side using something like this:

But even this is too small to fit my new battery. So my question is, if you have 2 normal 300 CCA batteries, does that combine to 600 CCA? I don't think you can get a small sized 600 CCA battery, they don't seem to exist, they are all 250mm+ in length and won't fit the standard holder without a lot of work. But a second, normal 300 CCA battery would fit, just don't know if that will suffice.

Is there any other way? I wanted to do it myself if possible but messing about with wiring isn't my forte, lol. Interested to see the best setup with a 600 CCA battery or 2 normal batteries cheers.

Hi mate got my 2nd battery tray from jimny bits non abs AND ITS HUGE! the battery u have must be massive as i have a 670cca from a transit and that fits in mine

bulls i miss read lol..... yeah get a 2nd battery tray from jimny bits man... How u power the 2 batterys? via a split charger like tmax this the 1 i use

I dunno how I'm going to power it yet, not sure which setup is best really.
