Interior Fuse Box Wire Removal was created by Statey
Hi All,
Had a short recently on the tail light and the Fuse melted rather than break so my fuse box is a little melted in the corner :(

Unfortunately the Fuse Box hasn't got a push connector on the back so I've got another fuse box with half the loom!

Question is does anyone know how the wires are held into the terminal block?
I cant see anything clip like inside.
Any tips?

I have never had one apart but it is probably either an integral plastic clip spring in the terminal seat on the box or an integral metal spring on the actual terminal itself either way it's a matter of finding something like the flat end of a cable zip tie to release the spring clip from the back. It will be a pita job but at least you will have enough practice to get good at doing the last few. Good luck. Btw there's probably a custom tool to do it in seconds but you can bet it is proprietary to suzuki dealers and will cost a fortune.
