You should check the wire colours before connecting them together, its quite common for them to be assigned differently, particularly the memory and power wires.

Thanks. I matched them all up, just the orange and white wire had nowhere to go so I taped it up. I connected blue to blue/white and this is supposedly the automatic antenna one, but it doesn't work - never did before though either. Radio works fine though!
