well I maybe going out on a limb but I''d hazzard a guess that the bulbs are OK :dry:

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

The early ones are, one fuse is TURN/BACK so I guess it does the reverse lights too, the other is HAZARD/HORN.
The later ones have a secret special electronic box for the flasher, and the wiring diagram makes no sense
So do the reverse lamps work?
If the fuse is gone you may find the fault is with the reverse lamps or their wiring.
