Yours isn't slipping but this link has the adjustment info.
Obviously if the bearing is the problem it'll need changing at some time but if the adjustment is wrong it may be putting pressure on the bearing??
It won't cure the bearing but it may help??

Don't bother too much with the pedal movement just get underneath and check for a couple of mm movement on the cable. If you've ever had a bike it's the samw sort of thing as leaving a small amount of movement on the clutch/brake levers.
The Jimny is an old design and it doesn't have an automatic clutch cable adjuster.
Follow the cable at the gearbox where it goes in and you'll see a plastic cover.
Remove that and there is a large plastic knob that you unscrew to get the slack.
You may find it's seized with age so douse it in WD40 etc. and try later.

So far so good. Gave the adjuster a couple of turns and there's been no squeal today. Keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't come back.
