Ah, right!
Yeah, get heavy duty ones from Jimny Bits or one of the others. The standard ones are rubbish. Just do one at a time with the box in situ!

Forgive my basic question here but I'm new to Jimny's. My partner's old Jimny gives a little vibration when pulling away and I'm doing a little research on possibilities.
Would someone please clarify what the difference is between the aluminium rear engine mount, apparently often incorrectly called the main gearbox mount, and the aluminium case transfer bracket. They look very different in photographs but I'm getting confused as to where they go and how they are mounted (solid or rubber bushed) due to lack of experience and the terminology used.
Links I've looked at include:
for the engine mount
www.bigjimny.com/store/rear-engine-mount-gearbox-mount.html
for the transfer case bracket
www.offroad-armory.com/store/index.php?r...54_20&product_id=211
And where do the transfer box bushes go?
www.jimnybits.co.uk/shop/jimny/drivetrai...ushes/prod_1088.html
Thanks

Gearbox mount is 2 pieces of steel with rubber between, all bonded together and is located under the gear linkage remote on the tubular cross member
The transfer box has a driver's side bracket long with 2 mounts and a nearside short with one mount. The mounts bolt to the chassis and the transfer box 14mm nut chassis side 12mm bolts into transfer box
The rubber mounts isolate the transfer box from the chassis in the places add mentioned above
So if you buy new transfer box mounts either reuse your old bushes, but new oem ones or Uprated ones

Thanks for that clarification.
I had a quick crawl underneath this afternoon and can readily see the transfer bracket. I can feel the rubber bushes for it on the drivers side of the car so would have assumed there were two of them but the link suggests three.
The rear engine mount is much more difficult to see with the car on the ground.
I did find a some helpful photographs from elsewhere online.
