Make sure the thread and pitch of the stud size is correct ( Jimmy is m12×1.25 metric fine).
There are two basic types, Hollow ring with extension studs (much cheapness in price and my own opinion quality).
Or the solid ring type with pressed in studs, More expensive but again in my opinion better design and better quality and fit. I personality would go with the solid type, But that's just me.

Yes is the simple answer.
But you need to make sure there is still enough of the threaded wheel stud showing to bolt the wheel up.

For what purpose are you fitting them? Unless you need them for tyre clearance, wheel spacers are entirely pointless. Especially ones as narrow as 5mm! At best you will fit them and see no difference. At worst, you will forever have balancing/death wobble issues as the wheel won't centre on the hub as well as it should.

Suzuki are stud centric, So that spacer shouldn't be a problem. But I agree with it being pointless unless needed for clearance.
