Hi guys I have some play in my front wheel bearings, when rocked at the 12 and 6 position.
how do I adjust these or do I need to install new ones?

There's no adjustment I'm afraid. There should be the tiniest amount of play but it should not be felt by testing as you have with the wheel on.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

At 12 o'clock & 6 o'clock, it is more likely to be kingpin bearing wear, get someone to put their foot on the brake, and if the play is still there it is kingpins.
