Hi all, can anyone help point me in the right direction as to where I can buy the hub spacers required to convert my jimny vacuum hubs so that I can use sj410 locking hubs. Thank you.

These are 'just' the spacer rings and longer bolts -

so that you fit SJ/Samurai manual locking hubs to your Jimny and REPLACE the existing vacuum operated hubs.

Not sure I know what you mean.
Tie manual hubs are manual hubs, spacer or not.

But you may not need the spacers at all. Just cut off the unthreaded part of the
Bearing locking nuts.
