That would be great - I think changing the crank would mean introducing other changes so I'll go with that - PayPal OK?
Do you have a crank handy that you could get the nose measurement from?

PayPal is fine. Without dismantling the engine I have I can't measure it. Could you measure the inside of my good pulley?

OK, if you can PM me your email address, I'll get the money over to you.
No worries if you don't have a crank nose exposed, as it were. I don't think I can measure it from the pulley alone because the crank nose doesn't extend fully to the front of the pulley - there's a gap between it and the front edge of the pulley - so without either that measurement from pulley front to crank nose front or the other one I guess I'll have to make some measurements on my engine before I take it apart and make a best guess from there, probably using a straight edge off the cam pulley will get me pretty close.
