By trip computer I mean the dial in the speedo at the bottom with the button sticking out which you can press to 'scroll' through different numbers basically haha.

You're not the only one who got confused with the trip. When i bought my Jim it was advertised as low mileage 34k by the owners son, the trip read 3445.3, on pressing the trip, the actual mileage was 16k as confirmed by previous mots. He wasn't a car bloke
