Headlight adjustment motor - can they be replaced? was created by GuardianAngel
The motor on the drivers side headlight no longer works, and rather than replace the whole headlight, I wondered if the motor can be taken out and replaced, or is it a sealed unit?

Hi, a bit late but perhaps you did not solve the problem yet..so.. I had the same problem and I removed the headlight now you can see the casing of the adjustment motor. It is possible to remove the top and in my case the grease was the problem..I solved that with some WD40 and get it going again.. As I broke the plastic "snap"things around the casing I sealed the casing with some rubber self sealing tape... workes perfect and repair cost practically nothing.
